Worked with the Strategic Partner Group at North Point Ministries, in collaboration with NPM’s Digital team, to develop a new, multi-level Partner site– significantly increasing product capability, accessibility for both potential and existing partners (with creation of customizable partner access to allow varying tiers of partnership and expand membership opportunities). Throughout the transition to the new site, I oversaw content, maintained the, now, retired site, and set up systems for transfer, organization, and maintenance (in short and long term) of content on front and back end of the new site.
Implementation of structured layouts, and establishment of templates for consistent language, categories, and pages, has increased internal efficiency, reducing time and resources required to maintain the site and deliver brand-quality assets in a consistent manner. User experience is more intuitive and reliable after employing content and web page standards, and improving navigation and search ability features.
Additionally, using implementation of Salesforce ticketing system we were able to collect customer support tickets to track and develop website features, issues, requests, and enhancements for further development and enhanced customer support.
