  • Design custom email templates and campaigns using HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other tools, that allow for custom, on-brand emails
  • Created conditional/dynamic campaigns, drip campaigns, and automated marketing campaigns
  • Tested campaigns and utilized internal QA process to ensure accurate data, design, and optimization for mobile and dark mode
  • Built custom lists to reach relevant audience segments, and undertook data maintenance and audience categorization initiatives for enhanced targeting
  • Wrote and reworked copy from clients among NPM’s various campuses and departments, communicating cross-functionally, to generate more email-centric content for user experience, enhanced CTRs, and increased follow-through/engagement as determined by each campaign
